Hi Reader, If you missed the IG Live today, that's fine - I have the Cliffnotes for you! As I mentioned yesterday, I have some significant changes happening within my business, and I've been itching to share them! Over the last 6 months, I've been working in two different directions:
Let’s talk more about #2. Do you remember a few months ago I started a blog called ‘For the Love of Life’? It's okay if you don’t, but that's officially the name of the new business, where I am the lead LIFESTYLE DESIGNER! Let me define what a Lifestyle Designer does: I examine the inner workings of your life and business and design a new way of living based on your personality, priorities, and goals. My sweet spot is designing for emotion-driven entrepreneurs who desire to live somewhere between the soft life and hustle culture. I realized that I've been doing this work for OVER a DECADE!
I’m not new to this, but I’m leaning into this, and I want more people to have access to this type of support. Because of this, I also announced my quarterly workshops. Take a look at the upcoming one for May below
These workshops are ‘Pay What You Can’ (with the minimum being $5) to ensure all who need assistance in designing a life they wake up excited to live are within their grasp. The For The Love of Life site is LIVE, and it has more details about what I do and how it works! On today’s live, we also covered what is happening to all of my other services. They are still here. My Holistic Business Strategy and Fractional COO services are still hosted on www.TheSimoneLittle.com. My Operations and VA are still live (and honestly very busy - thank you all) over at www.AllThoseLittleThings.co. My main IG page (@thesimonelittle) and LinkedIn will be tied to my Lifestyle Design Services. My other IG (@AllThoseLittleThings.va) will continue to host all the content for the Ops and VA Agency. I’ll be more active on there, I promise lol. The business strategy and COO services will be used throughout both brands because both businesses use this skill. WHEW! Y’all know I’m not really a long email person, and this was a lot for me! The main thing to do is to sign up for the Lighten the Load Workshop and reply to me with any questions! |
Yes, Reader, you've probably heard that you need to delegate, but why is such simple advice so difficult to implement? The work lies in preparing to delegate, and we are not talking enough about it. You can't hand off anything to anyone if they don't have a set of instructions. If you want to hire a VA, you need to instruct them If you want a house cleaner, you have to tell them who you like your home If you want to use Instacart? You have to shop those aisles virtually. I'm not saying this...
